George Floyd’s Death Has Been Ruled A Homicide As Autopsy Results Reveal He Passed Away From Asphyxiation

As we have previously reported, the George Floyd family has hired a private medical examiner to do the autopsy of George’s body. This autopsy just confirmed that George died of suffocation and his tragic death was sentenced to murder.

According to ABC News, the independent autopsy found that the murder “was caused by asphyxiation due to neck and back compression that resulted in poor blood flow to the brain. “

Reports indicate that the examiners found that weight on the back, handcuffs, and body positioning are some of the key factors in George’s death as they impaired ability

First, the medical examiner reported George’s first autopsy revealed that her findings did not reveal any physical evidence to diagnose traumatic asphyxia or strangulation.

Instead, the report cited Floyd’s previously underlying health conditions, including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease.

“The family and I reject this notion … that the knee is from the police. The officer on Georges Neck was not near his death for almost nine minutes,” lawyer Benjamin Crump said in a statement before independent autopsy.

The previous doctor’s office also published a statement saying:

“The autopsy alone cannot answer all questions that are relevant to the cause and type of death and must be done in the context of the relevant examination information interpreted and informed by the results of laboratory studies. ”
